I offer a warm nonjudgmental approach, which includes CBT, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, spirituality, along with additional therapeutic techniques appropriate for your needs.

 

I am passionate about working with individuals seeking support with life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life stressors.
